The show is organised by Chemexpo Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., part of the group that publishes Chemical Weekly, India’s leading news magazine for the chemical industry. It is co-located with ChemProTech India, which covers chemical processing technology, plant and equipment, and ChemLogistics India, which covers chemical warehousing, transportation, and logistics. Sectors represented include speciality chemicals, intermediates, pharmaceutical and agrochemical chemicals, paint and coatings, textile chemicals, water treatment chemicals, and plastics additives.
ChemExpo India is a B2B-only trade exhibition for business visitors. The 2025 edition featured around 560 exhibitors, including 155 first-time participants, and attracted around 31,000 visitors over two days. The Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), also known as the NESCO Centre, is one of India’s best-known exhibition venues. Established in 1991 and located along the Western Express Highway in Goregaon (East), Mumbai, it is the largest permanent exhibition centre in the private sector in India and hosts many of the country’s major international trade fairs.
The venue offers centrally air-conditioned exhibition halls with strong flooring suited to heavy machinery, good lighting, ventilation, and Wi-Fi, along with meeting and convention facilities, food services, and parking. ChemExpo India 2027 will occupy Halls 2, 3, 4 and 6.
