Show hours published by the organiser are 10am to 6pm on Monday and Tuesday, and 10am to 4pm on Wednesday. Yes. Overseas shows are about planning backwards from the show date: design approval, fabrication, packing, shipping, customs and on-site installation. We have delivered stands in many countries, and we build the shipping and local installation schedule into your plan from the first week.
Ideally 4 to 6 months ahead for an overseas show. With AHR Expo opening on 25 January 2027, the schedule is already tight, so start now. The sooner the 3D design is approved, the more freight options (sea or air) you keep open.
Yes. Chillers, heat pumps, compressors and outdoor units are heavy and awkward. We plan platforms, flooring, access and sightlines around your actual equipment, and design so that the hero product stays the centre of attention while visitors can walk around and see detail.
We build demo counters, cutaway displays, screens and control-panel set-ups into the layout, with space for a small crowd that does not block the aisle. AHR Expo is also where many new products are first shown, so we leave room for a launch moment with lighting and AV.
Cost depends on the space size, number of open sides, design detail, materials, shipping and any AV or demo equipment. Share your stand size and we will quote clearly. Our guides for a 50 sqm and 100 sqm exhibition stall give a feel for what each scale can include.
The organiser’s FAQ states that the Chicago floor plan is sold out. If you already hold space, now is the time to lock your design. If you do not, contact the organiser about waitlists or cancellations and we can prepare a concept in parallel so you are ready if space opens up.
